    Do not apply to open wounds, cuts or rashes. Avoid contact with eyes, nose or mouth. If contact with eyes occurs rinse immediately with water or saline. * Pain and discomfort persist for more than 7 days

     

    1. Trim or remove excess hair from the area to be applied.
    2. Remove any lotions or oils, making sure skin is clean and completely dry,
    3. Remove the backing paper by peeling back one of the rounded corners, do not touch the adhesive part of the tape.
    4. Apply the strip. Do not allow there to be any stretch on the last two inches on either end. This can cause the tape to detach and fall off the skin.
    5. Stretch the strip to the desired length and then release about 20% of the stretch before applying
    6. Rub vigorously for 10 seconds or more to firmly attach the strip.
    Active ingredients were specifically chosen to maximize the pre and post recovery of the athlete or active individual.
